Your new company
A high regarding corporate business based in north Oxfordshire is actively seeking a qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant to join their finance function, with the aim to drive to reporting and process improvement to improve management information produced. The role will report into the Global Head of Finance Reporting, whilst having a direct report in the capacity of a part-qualified Finance Analyst.

Your new role
As the successful candidate you will be responsible for the development of strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business, specifically around decision support, cost control and professional service is maintained throughout UK operational and finance teams. Furthermore, you will play a core role in the annual business planning activities, which will include supporting the delivery of Management reporting to ensure key initiatives are being highlighted and performed. Additional essential components that you will support include; overhead control, business investments, tightening financial controls, cash management analysis and consolidated reporting to interlink with key strategic initiatives. Finally, you will be expected to chair financial management meetings with a variety of senior stakeholders, whilst also leading the charge on process improvement identification and implementation.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will be a fully qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA accountant with existing expertise in business partnering and management reporting improvements. Furthermore, you will demonstrate an ability to communicate effectively with cross functional stakeholders and at all levels, alongside being cohesive team player. Organisation skills and ability to work to tight deadlines will also be key, as well as commercial acumen and initiative when carrying out tasks. Advanced Excel will be required.

What you'll get in return
This is a permanent and full-time opportunity offering upto £60,000 (experience dependent), plus a car allowance and a generous discretionary bonus.
