If you've had enough of being driven purely by fees and cutting down time on clients then this will be a welcome change. The Client Manager position is a key hire for the firm in terms of their next stage of development so it's a great opportunity for the right candidate.

Your new role
You will manage a client portfolio of over 100 clients across various sectors of business. Your job is to be the face of the firm, networking, building relationships and providing business advice to support client growth. You will also oversee all aspects of their accountancy needs, utilising Juniors and also completing technical work yourself where necessary.

As the firm take the next step in their growth plans, there is the opportunity for the right Client Manager to take the step to Senior Manager and, ultimately, Associate Director over the next 5 years.


What you'll need to succeed
You should be either ACCA/ACA qualified or a QBE with at least 10 years experience. If you aren't already managing a portfolio of clients then you should have a lot of direct interaction with them and be driven to progressing and working your way up to the next level.
