Job Details
My client is looking for an experienced Interim Finance Manager to join them for a period of 6 months. This role will report directly into the Finance Director and will manage a small team.

Manufacturing business based in North Kent.
Description
Reporting into the Finance Director you will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting the FD in the year-end close, working closely with the auditors
- Managing and mentoring a small finance team
- Work on process improvement projects around payroll, period end, the order to invoice process and credit control
- Supporting the FD with ad-hoc project work including a systems upgrade
Profile
You must have hands-on experience of financial accounts, as well as preparing statutory accounts suitable for audit, preferably in a SME environment.
Staff management experience is essential and ideally you will have worked in a manufacturing environment.
This is a temporary role for c. 6 months - you should be available to start this role at short notice.
Job Offer
£250-£350 per day, entirely dependent on the level of experience
