Your new company
A established family owned media company with 50 headcount in London are looking for a Management Accountant to join their stable finance team. This role will be reporting into the Finance Director and will be supervising one junior Accounts Assistant. This company are extremely relaxed and being able to self-manage your workload is key for this role. This role is a maternity cover contract on the company payroll.

Your new role
You will be responsible for the production of management accounts, closing accounts for month end, supervising the work of the Accounts Assistant and assisting with duties as requested by the Finance Director.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience of producing management accounts, balance sheet recs, producing or analysing a P&L, closing month end, journals, accruals and prepayments. Experience at a previous media company is a big advantage but not essential as is experience with Sage.

What you'll get in return
You will get to go on the company payroll with the opportunity to work with a manager who is very happy to help teach and train you new skills. This role will pay between £35,000-£40,000 depending on experience.
