This is a broad, all-encompassing Accounts Assistant for an SME in the construction industry
Client Details
My client are a small but well known organisation operating within the building and construction sector
Description
As Accounts Assistant you will support the Financial Controller by providing hands-on support across all aspects of transactional finance and bookkeeping, with a particular focus on Sales Ledger activity. You will be supported by a part-time assistant but will be expected to operate independently.
Profile
The successful candidate should have experience operating in a similar role within a small business.
Knowledge/experience of the requirements of the construction sector (e.g. CIS returns) are desirable but not essential.
You should be able to hit the ground running in this role and will be expected to be at full capacity within a short time-frame, with minimal hand-holding.
You should be highly dependable; accurate in your work and measured in your approach
Job Offer
This role will pay a competitive basic salary of up to £22k.
