Job Details

This Sales Ledger FTC, based in central London is looking to expand their team. This accountancy role will sit in a new team, under new management.

The candidate must be immediately available.

Client Details

The client is for a media company based near chancery Lane, it is essential that you have had at least 2 years' experience working within an accountancy team.

Description

The key responsibilities for this Sales Ledger FTC, are:

  • Raise a high volume of invoices both via the system and manually
  • Raise rebills and pro forma invoices
  • Manipulate complex Excel spreadsheets
  • Liaise with credit control team and other internal departments
  • Resolve billing queries
  • Ad-hoc billings related administration duties
  • Raising EDI's and producing sales reports. Raising manual invoices and credit / debit notes
  • Reconciling and processing customer claims
  • Posting / allocation of customer receipts
  • Investigation and resolution of delivery shorts and price queries
  • Maintenance of system prices / promotional prices
  • Assist with monthly ledger closing process
  • Aged debt analysis and reporting
  • Accountancy

Profile

The successful candidate for this sales ledger FTC, based in central London will be immediately available.

You should also have experience of managing a high value of incoming cash into the business. You will be someone who works accurately and efficiently, coping well under pressure. You should be a robust individual who has a certain amount of grit and determination.
