Temp to Perm Assistant Accountant - Burnley - Up to £14.00 per hour - Onsite parking - 33 days holiday

Your new company
Your new company is a respected business based in Burnley, Lancashire. Due to continued growth and further expansion, they are now seeking an experienced Assistant Accountant to join their team on a temporary basis, with a view for the role to go permanent.

Your new role
Your new role will involve you reporting directly to the management accountant, where you will be responsible for the full accounts process involving transactional accounts, processing and generating high volumes of invoices. You will also assist with the management accounts pack including accruals, prepayments, profit and loss and balance sheet reconciliations. This is a full time role, working between the hours of 8:30 - 5:00 Monday to Friday.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful for this role, you should have experience working in a similar role and be confident in working on Excel including pivot tables and vlookups. You should be adaptable and have the ability to manage your own workload.

What you'll get in return
In return for this, you will be offered an hourly rate whilst on a temporary contract equivalent to a salary between £24,000 - £28,000 which is dependent on experience. You will be offered their full benefits package including 33 days holiday, onsite parking and pension.
