Hays Accountancy and Finance are working together with our client in order to recruit a driven and articulate Finance Analyst who is actively studying towards an Accountancy qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA); ideally Part Qualified level. Our client are an established and sought after organisation in the Crawley area. Within this role you will report to the Finance Business Partner and will be responsible for a number of tasks that will include:

Business Partnering
Financial Reporting
Comment on and explain actual and expected performance compared to budget and forecast
Prepare financial appraisals for business investments

The successful candidate must have:
Experience in working in a business partnering role
Reporting and analysis experience.
Strong Excel skills (Ability to build a financial model)
A commercial and focused individual who is eager to progress their career
Be Actively studying towards ACCA/CIMA/ACA
