Page Personnel have a fantastic opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to start an initial temporary contract at a construction business in Bolton. The contract is temporary for 3 months with the view to go permanent thereafter.

Description
As a Purchase Ledger Assistant, you will be reporting directly to the Purchase Ledger Manager, responsible for the below:
- Process high volume invoices using their in-house system
- Monthly statement reconciliation
- Petty cash management
- Setting up new supplier accounts
- Query resolution over the phone and via email
Profile
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be immediately available for work- Essential
- Have previous experience within a similar role- Essential
- Possess strong communication skills both verbally and written- Essential
