A well respected company in Ealing is seeking a well organised and efficient Accounts Payable Specialist to join them on an on-going temporary basis. This role has a wide range of duties within Accounts Payable and would suit a person with several years experience in a similar role, especially someone who has management experience. The successful candidate is used to multi-tasking and tackling several areas of responsibility. Briefly the following tasks are encompassed within this role: - Maintaining SOX compliance within the payment process. - Managing intercompany and employee expense payments in relation to BACS. - Ensuring all payments are made on time. - Establishing relationships between Operating brands and suppliers. - Assisting with reports for the management team. The successful Accounts Payable professional will be a confident communicator who is able to demonstrate the ability to work effective as part of a team.
