Robert Half Cambridge are seeking a Finance Business Partner who is a self-starter and keen to join a growing company based in Cambridge - This is an exclusive role to Robert Half Role As the Finance Business Partner you will be responsible for the delivery of robust commercial results and analysis across all departments in the business. Duties to include: Support the production of the monthly business review ensuring the performance is analysed and reported accurately and comprehensively Support business decisions Produce routine and ad hoc reports to support the operational performance of the business which explain departments performance/ KPIs and how they are tracking against expectations. analyse key trends and monitor for issues Improve existing products and processes and ensure new initiatives are viable and realise- working with marketing etc Provide additional narrative of the top of finance manager analysis of results and make recommendations accordingly Support of the financial management monthly and annual forecast/budget submission and liaise with group to ensure performance is understood for P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, KPI's Support in producing the monthly forecast with appropriate and robust tracking to actual and MI, reporting, variances etc Support the annual expenditure budget is produced based on the strategic business plan work with cost centre managers, tracking actual Vs budget and forecast- providing explanationsYou will be a strong Finance Business Partner with strengths in analysis, change improvements, stakeholder management.
