Finance Business Partner | Crewe | £40,000 - £45,000 Macildowie Finance is currently working on a position offering the opportunity to work for a n exciting Manufacturing business , based in Cheshire . Recruiting for a Finance Business Partner , this role within the team will report to the Head of Finance and offer support and advice to the wider business team. The role will also partner with operational teams at varying levels of seniority and work hard to drive efficiencies and improve process across the business. So what is the job? Produce monthly income statements and commentary Accruals and prepayments within balance sheet Preparation of monthly direct labour and indirect labour report Analyse monthly material variance and labour variance Preparation and analysis of monthly sales reports Margin analysis on orders and co-ordinate with the sales team to maintain margins in line with budget Have a detailed understanding of business performance factors and to work closely with the Head of Finance and operations teams to drive improvements and efficiencies, service and performance Develop accuracy and integrity of BOM, work with sales and technical teams to produce new product costings Work on pricing for the UK, export and intercompany sales Budgeting and forecasting Work on a range of improvement metrics to develop operational performance Partner closely with the Financial Accountant to review working processes and improve recommendations Provide clear insight into cost management across all functions vs budget Support operations team to drive efficiencies, reduce cost and drive profit. Gain and maintaining a strong understanding of current processes and make suggestions of where improvements can be made Support in producing board packs and providing insight into weekly / monthly / quarterly performance What do I need?
