This role is a interim role due to the urgency, however, my client will be looking for a permanent solution, therefore, temp-perm will be their ideal scenario. They have a fast paced environment, with an evolving team which means it is essential that you have excellent communication and organisational skills. Ideal Candidate: - Must be prepared to be hands on - Proven track record in a senior leadership role - Qualified- ACA, ACCA, CIMA - Up to date legislative knowledge - Ambitious and tenacious - Must have merger/acquisition experience, through leading it themselves Job description and key

- Manage all purchasing, payroll - Manage and monitor month-end process, production of the Finance Board pack, Production of the annual business plan - Identify key risks and opportunities - Manage and improve the flow of finance and management information across the company - Provide Financial support for the business development activities such as acquisitions, joint ventures, and new product launches - Liaise with share holders - Manage the finance team, ensuring performance and achievement workloads - Explores and implements ways of improving efficiency and effectiveness An immediate start looking to secure a candidate on a temp to perm scenario.
