We are looking for an experienced Audit Manager to work in an established and friendly Chartered Accountancy practice in Brighton. As a qualified Audit Manager you'll be responsible for the full spectrum of Audit work for the firm's clients. You'll need to be ACA or ACCA qualified with a strong Audit background and experience in practice accountancy. As an Audit Manager you will: Undertake all aspects of audit engagements, including planning, performing, review and completion of audit files Maintain and develop audit compliance procedures and audit manuals to ensure constant improvement to quality and efficiency Manage client and reporting deadlines Manage audit financials including budgets Remain informed about technical and regulatory accounting changes Undertake non-audit financial statement preparation assignments, including the reviewing of accounts preparation and corporate tax computations Mentor and develop audit staff The salary is dependent on experience and qualifications but between £40k and £50k plus benefits.
