This highly regarded construction business with an excellent reputation for quality and service are looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Manager to form an integral part of their finance function. Reporting to the financial controller your role initially will be to stream line the purchase ledger function to ensure it is operating timely and efficiently. You will then continue with the day to day management of the department including: Processing payments Dealing with supplier queries Matching and coding invoices Reconciling statements Bank reconciliations Month end ledger reports Once the department is running efficiently, and time permitting, there will be the opportunity to take on additional finance duties. This is an excellent role for an experienced purchase ledger manager or senior clerk looking for an autonomous position. You will have the opportunity to shape the department and take ownership of the processes. The company are offering an excellent salary and package including quarterly bonusses.
