Fast growing PE backed business in Crewe is looking to grow the Commercial support to the business and is recruiting 2 x Finance Business Partners to join the team. The role will be responsible for partnering the regional senior leadership teams to deliver and improve financial results. Some of the key areas of focus will be: preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts assist with the preparation of business tenders investigation of areas for cost saving initiatives capex reporting on actuals KPI reporting development of analysis to support commercial decision making Applicants should be part or fully qualified with extensive experience in a business partnering role with strong knowledge of P&L coupled with excellent IT skills (to include advanced Excel). You should possess highly developed interpersonal skills and ideally have worked in a blue collar business such as manufacturing, construction, facilities management etc. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fab business at a key stage of their growth with real opportunities to progress your career.
