Macildowie are working with one of the regions best known Retail employers to recruit a Purchase Ledger Supervisor who is a self disciplined team player with good awareness of deadlines for their head office. The role will involve: Process invoices, reconciling delivery notes to invoices received and purchase orders Set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing account details within the purchase ledger Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements Assist in the preparation of purchase summaries Process business expense returns Cashbook and petty cash cheques Processing BACS payments and preparing cheques They are looking for a Purchase Ledger specialist who will be in charge of the company spending, overseeing all purchases made by your business and monitoring how much is owed at all times. To record every product and service your company and keep tabs on the payment process using a clear reference and date system. You will be supervising, and working in a team of 4 reporting directly into the Management Accountant whilst assisting the accounts department as necessary, providing any information required.
