Finance Manager job in a fast growing insurance business based in the City of London
Your new company
This company is an international insurance business predominantly run from Australia. They're consistently expanding their London presence, and are hiring across a number of teams to meet the demands of the business. This business is going from strength to strength and are looking for a Finance Manager to set up the London finance function.
Your new role
This is the first person in the finance function in London, and you'll be handling the financial and management reporting which is currently outsourced. Currently the finance is run by the CFO in Australia but are now looking to create a London finance function. You will be setting up the team, and have the opportunity to implement processes and controls as well as prepare financial analysis and forecasts. You will be a key player in adding strategic value to the business and supporting the growth of the London business.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a fully qualified accountant with experience in the insurance industry. You will need to be interested in the challenge of developing a finance team as well as be able to work with international offices.
