Part-Time Finance Officer

Your new company

My client is an educational charity based in Central London. They are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Finance Officer, working two days a week, on a permanent basis.

Your new role

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for processing and monitoring all purchase invoices and expense claims as well as reconciling supplier accounts and raising queries. You will maintain the petty cash and ensure accurate recording of all petty cash expenditure. Moreover, you will be responsible for maintaining the company corporate credit cards and issue and monitor sales invoices and credit control.

What you'll need to succeed

It is essential to have experience in a similar role where you have undertaken purchase ledger duties. You will have exceptional organisation and administration skills. Sage Line 50 experience is highly desirable.

What you'll get in return

In return you will receive a salary of £26,000 - £29,000 pro rata with an excellent benefits package included.
