Commercial Finance Analyst required for a marketing leading company based in Feltham. This role will provide business and financial support to help drive long term sustainable growth for the company. This involves decision and negotiation support, financial planning and maintaining a strong governance environment.

Responsibilities:
Support the delivery of the annual plan Net Sales and EBITDA targets through on-going monitoring and review of customer performance KPIs (both financial and non-financial) with the sales team Support the delivery of the detailed bottom-up rolling forecast for the business at customer level, including reporting variances and root-cause analysis to raise future forecast accuracy Being a key finance contact for a number of customer teams to manage their promotional spend and other customer investment Support the managing the annual Promotion and Trade Investment spend, including controlling spend to ensure that good value is achieved and analysing past performance to improve return on investment in future Support live customer negotiations, providing objective and timely support to ensure accurate and pragmatic solutions to customer trading discussions Working with customer sales teams and the Senior Commercial Finance Manager to evaluate Joint Business Plans Monthly customer reporting & explanation of variances versus forecast and prior year Developing and improving supporting processes and systems Maintain strong control environment for all customer spend To be considered: Part or newly qualified accountant Specific experience of commercial decision support / business partnering Analytical, ability to understand key drivers of performance and identify trends in the data Highly computer literate: Advanced Excel required Very strong analytical skills with ability to communicate effectively across the organisation.
