An excellent opportunity has arisen for a part time General Administration Assistant to join a financial planning team in Lockington, Leicestershire, DE74 2RH (close to Jct 24 of M1). A successful IFA firm operating in both Wealth Management and providing Corporate Advice (typical WM client £1M, typical corporate 250 plus employees) are looking for an exceptional individual to offer support to a small office. Working directly with Financial Planning Consultants and their Technical Support team to deliver a first class service to our clients, the principal duties of this role will include: Reconciling bank account and applying commission to system Preparing paperwork to send to book keeper each month Producing management information reports Paying all bills and issuing invoices to our corporate clients PA duties to the Directors, i.e booking travel, keeping track of mileage, meeting and greeting visitors Keeping all office supplies updated Chasing information from providers for the paraplanners Assisting with compliance administration Successful applicants will need to be able to plan and prioritise their own workload, communicate with colleagues and clients in a professional manner and be a good team worker. To be considered for this position, applicants will need to have: - A working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint - Excellent numerical skills - Effective written and verbal communication skills - Professional telephone manner Hours are negotiable.
