Up to £20 - £25/hour PAYE | £200 - £250/day LTD - Salary DOE 3 Month Initial Contract - likely to extend up to 9 Months (potential Temp to Perm) The Role This role is responsible for leading and championing the pricing and trade terms priorities across the business and providing operational support for GB's strategic pricing agenda. The role will provide support to Customer Marketing and Commercial teams in making pricing decisions and understanding their impact. Significantly this role will also focus on delivering 'best value' for GB from existing Global Processes around pricing (OTC, Data) and ensuring the accurate price lists and invoicing for the GB customer base. The Team Reports into GB Customer Marketing, the department at the heart of our commercial business that ensures our sales teams have all the insight, growth drivers and tools they need to deliver fantastic performance. Pricing is a key lever in driving value for the GB business and is an essential element of NRM plans to deliver growth. Key Responsibilities Implementation of customer pricing changes, including set up of new SKUs Ensure compliance to pricing and trade terms processes and controls Support implementation and evolution of trade terms in GB market Interact and work closely with various internal teams to deliver accurate and 'best value' pricing for our customers. Lead implementation of trade terms with customers, including ongoing evaluation and amendments, along with contract renewal. Provide insightful reporting on pricing compliance Support the NRM team with adhoc pricing analytics Play an indirect coaching role to the Commercial and Customer Marketing teams in respect to pricing and trade terms, leading any capability build programmes required. Provide coaching and guidance for the Budapest pricing teams, including upskilling on local market knowledge and GB specific requirements. Consolidate and share in-country best practice and lessons learned Key Skills & Experience 1-3 years' experience ideally including time spent in an analytical and systems-based role High attention to detail Excellent analytical skills and pricing experience Strong systems skills: SAP, Advantage and Advanced Excel Demonstrated professional and academic success Excellent organisational skills, able to balance competing demands to consistently deliver work to a high standard.
