JOB DESCRIPTION: Credit Controller Reports to: Finance Manager

Location:
Luton - very large International business Up to £25,000 plus around £250 a quarter if they meet the desired result going up to £500 for year end results. JOB PURPOSE Working as part of the finance team to ensure the challenges within the finance environment are achieved. Specific responsibility for the debt collection and reconciliation KEY OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE Bank Analysis Chasing of overdue accounts, through all methods of communication Journal entries and postings to ledger Cash posting Responsible for cash allocation, in a timely and accurate manner Aged debt report Account reconciliation Debt collection and reconciliation Maintain/operate financial systems in accordance with procedures Provide cover for the Accounts Assistant as and when required. General bank enquires Processing adjustments as and when required Liaising with and providing support to other departments/stakeholders SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE The ability to work within specified timescales Excellent attention to detail Tate is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy
