As a Business Analyst within our Infrastructure and Real Assets division, you will be supporting senior members of the team, helping to originate opportunities to deploy capital in the renewable energy sector and manage investments already made. You will have previous experience working within investment banking, funds management, or strategy consulting and strong financial modelling skills. You will be able to assist with managing our portfolio of assets and with the execution of new investment opportunities, refinancing and fundraising tasks. You will work with senior and portfolio executives to pursue transaction opportunities, creating and executing strategic initiatives both internally and within portfolio companies. You will have the opportunity to support the development and refining of their business plans and strategy, including identifying and delivering operational and financial improvements within portfolio companies. We are active asset managers and our investments require continued engagement with portfolio company management teams and the board of directors. You will be working with portfolio company senior management teams to measure and monitor the financial and operational performance and strategic direction of those companies, identify and execute M&A transactions - both new acquisitions and bolt-on acquisitions for portfolio companies and execute financing transactions. To be successful in this role you will hold a degree (or equivalent), preferably in commerce, law or a STEM area (science, technology, engineering, and math), and have a thorough understanding of financial accounting, corporate finance and business reporting. Any knowledge and experience you have in the Renewable sector will be favourably regarded. If you are an experienced Business Analyst looking for a new and exciting challenge, we look forward to receiving your application. Apply online via the link.
