An experienced Assistant Management Accountant with a keen eye for costings is required on behalf of a market leading business based in Poole. A key role working in a busy finance team with plenty of variation in a fast paced and ever changing environment. As Assistant Management Accountant, you will be responsible for product costings and providing valuable analysis and insight into performance to support decision making in the wider business. Responsibilities to include but not limited to: Costing of raw material Commercial pricing Processing customer rebates Assisting in the production of monthly management accounts Balance Sheet Reconcilaitions Profit and Loss variance analysis The Ideal candidate for the role will be a part qualified ACCA or CIMA or of a similar level of experience with a sound knowledge of accounting processes. The successful candidate will be well versed in the production of or assisting in the production of management accounts. Experience of product costing and development of new products will be beneficial but not essential as training can be provided for the right candidate. Having worked in an accounts role in the FMCG sector will be advantageous.
