The Company We are proudly representing our client based in Billingham for their search for an Accounts Assistant. They now have an immediate requirement to recruit for a 6 month contract. This is a full time role based on 37.5hr week. The Role Sales Ledger Purchase Ledger Inputting invoices onto the accounts package Price checking and matching invoices Checking orders to order confirmations General admin duties such as reception, post, and any other ad-hoc duties as required by the business Use of accounts systems Deal with supplier queries in a timely and efficient manner Ensure client details are correct The Person Knowledge of Sage 50 is essential Computer literate Excellent Excel skills Team Player Able to use self-initiative Good attention to detail Ability to help others when necessary A friendly, polite individual who is comfortable using the telephone and greeting people whilst covering reception
