Based just South of Lincoln, this thriving property management business are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their busy team. This company are growing quickly and this is a vibrant and busy role for a Finance Assistant. Reporting to the Finance Manager you will make up a team of 3. You will work 40 hours a week and the main core are 0900 - 1700 Monday to Friday, with a 20 min lunch break, this however can be flexible and flexi hours can run from 0700 - 1930. As a property management company, this company look after the maintenance and management of a landlord's property. They manage about 150 jobs a month on properties from a Gas Safe Certificate through to a roof repair. Your position is to manage invoices from the tradesman. Ensuring invoices are submitted and paid and allocating funds in and out of property accounts for the landlord. So you will be: Chasing invoices Paying invoices Allocating payments to and from accounts Account management in terms of setting up new accounts You will need very strong accuracy skills and an eye for detail Excellent administration skills This is a fast paced and busy position and you will need to be happy getting involved other aspects of the business, such as answering the phone, customer queries etc. For more information and or to apply for this position please follow the link below and submit your CV.
