A successful part-Private Equity-backed business is looking for a CFO to lead the company through an exit. Experience taking businesses through exits is essential. They have an aggressive exit plan in place and the individual will need to enter the business and be ready to match the ambition of the company and get straight into investor teasing. They will be looking to reach a valuation of over £200m, so experience with similar size exits would be ideal.
