The Graduate Opportunity If you are interested in a finance role; our UK finance graduate programme is for you. This 5 -year programme will provide you with a breadth of experience early in your career, allowing you to make an immediate impact as a key part of the business. You will typically move roles every 2 years - each role will provide a new challenge and enable you to gain a wide range of experience, essential for anyone aspiring to be a future leader. Finance graduates will receive support to achieve their CIMA qualifications. To be considered for the scheme, you will need a minimum of a 2.1 degree, ideally in a numerate related subject, along with: Financial and analytical interest and aptitude The ability to work under pressure, with confidence A drive for action, initiative and delivery - a 'can-do' attitude Excellent communication skills We will consider recent graduates with up to two years relevant work experience
