Pure are currently recruiting on behalf of a prestigious business in the Property Sector who are seeking a Finance Manager to join the team on a Fixed-Term contract for 3 months. Working alongside other Senior Management, the key duties of the role will include but not limited to: Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within business Review financial data and prepare monthly/annual reports Prepare year end management information Budget control and cashflow management Support payroll processes Prepare VAT Returns Establish, maintain and communicate financial policies/procedures for the business Day-to-day accounting functions of the business including administration of its bank accounts and office account bank reconciliation's Personal Skills and Qualifications Required AAT Qualified or qualified by experience Good Communication skills Have a commercial understanding of the business to support informed decision making and insightful analysis Experience using Sage Previous experience in a similar role Good Excel skills If you feel you are suitable for the role, please select apply now to submit your CV for reviewing.
