Our client is a leading National company within it's sector, after recently undergoing a strategic change there is an exciting opportunity to join it's busy Expenditure team at a challenging time of increasingly high-volumes. Managing the Purchase Ledger team, you will provide guidance and supervision as well as leading from the front with a comprehensive and hands on approach.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee processing of invoices, credit notes and other requests for payments
• Act as a primary point of contact for supplier queries
• Prepare and check weekly payment runs
• Supervise reconciliation of accounts Profile:
• Experienced Purchase Ledger
• Knowledge of reconciliations
• Demonstrate an ability to use a variety of systems
• Team-management experience would be desirable
• Ability to lead from the front with a hands-on approach
• Experience in a high-volume environment would be preferential My client is offering the successful candidate between £15-£16 per hour for an on-going temporary assignment. Should the successful individual prove themselves they may be offered an extension or permanent role. To be considered for the role you must be immediately available.
