Ruby Group are recruiting for a permanent Group Financial Accountant from a multinational media business based in central London. They are in a fashionable location within an iconic building and a good working environment. The business is acquisitional and consistently changing and the team enjoy variety in their duties which keep them very stable with little staff turnover. It is a group function made up 15 talented qualified accountants. They have showers and towels and the culture is open, friendly and pretty easy going. As a Group Financial Accountant, you will be involved in process improvement and efficiencies to aid commercial senior management decision making. You will need strong technical financial accounting exposure with a focus on maintaining and producing a stable controls environment. You will be involved in:
• The year-end and group consolidation process
• Forecasting with general ledger accounting
• Group cost and cash flow maintenance
• Working towards tight statutory accounting deadlines The ideal Group Financial Accountant will possess the following attributes/skills:
• ACA, ACMA (CIMA), ACCA Qualified with 3 - 5 years post qualified exposure (PQE)
