Venture Recruitment Partners are working with household UK name in their search for a Commercial Finance Manager based in Reading. Taking a lead role within the Business Unit, you will be responsible for the budgeting, forecasting and reporting of over £500m worth of revenue, whilst relaying financial performance to key Stakeholders. You will also identify and highlight commercial risks and opportunities arising from changing market conditions combined with providing insightful analysis to maximise the company's cash position. There will be a need to motivate and lead a team of good quality Accountants as the business continue to stride towards future growth. Using your background in budgeting and forecasting, you will be a qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) with demonstrable background within a commercial finance environment. You will also feel comfortable business partnering with senior stakeholders outside of finance whilst showing the leadership qualities necessary to develop a team with potential.
