Our client who are a prestigious International media company are looking for Payroll and Expenses Administrator to join their small team. The opportunity will initially be a 12 month fixed term contract with potential to become a permanent member of the team

Offering a vibrant creative work environment you will be reporting to Payroll Manager and provide support and cover when required

Skills and experience

  • Full experience and responsibility of payroll cycle
  • Calculating Maternity/Paternity pay including SMP/SPP/SPL
  • Update variable tax codes
  • Year end procedures
  • Complete monthly journals and payroll reconciliations
  • Dealing with queries promptly
  • Dealing with Inland Revenue
  • Expenses and Foreign Currency
