Mumbai Looking at candidates from Media company or MNC's only Education:CA Functional Responsibilities As CFO, provide leadership to the finance function, submit financial views on all deliberations regarding strategic as well as operational matters of the business and conduct reviews regularly. Manage the compliance framework to ensure adherence to all the regulatory requirements including the internal control framework, statutory accounting, audit reporting and cost audit. Provide leadership to the Strategic Plan, Annual Operating and Forecasting processes Ensure timely upward flow of information and the accuracy and reliability of the financial reporting and forecasting Prepare monthly and quarterly business reviews, presentation etc. for senior management Develop and maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance of processes and procedures The ideal candidate: - Chartered Accountant with 14 - 18 yrs of experience at a leadership level.
