Team handling experience should be there. Should have the knowledge of handling P&L accounts Analysing business processes, using various business tools to assist the critical decision making process. Perform monthly Revenue Variance Analysis and Quarterly Trend Analysis Perform monthly Revenue Variance Analysis on Calc tool vs. Forecast, Actual vs. Forecast & Actual vs. Submitted (Calc tool)and providing high level commentary explaining the reason of variances to higher management. Forecast the data for every new and existing client and maintain the forecasting report. Maintain and track of Stretch (Budget) through tracker for every new client and send report to onshore partners Preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for Invoicing, Revenue variance and forecasting and other activities. Robust reporting and deep drive analysis of data, data and report flow, Handling client interaction for requirement gathering, finalization of functional specifications; generating and compiling reports based on findings; with causes and solutions to systems issues Assessing the client feedback, evaluating areas of improvements & providing the same within team for improvements while adhering to the SLAs and work process Exposure to SAP, Essbase, process automation's, projects Tools Well versed with Capex and Opex reporting Participating in top level meetings for discussing the projects on a monthly basis and providing insights. Similarly, attending all individual project related and other ad-hoc work related meetings as per the requirement of the business. Product Cost Analysis Report, Advertising and Consumer Promotions Analysis (Accruals and Prepayments analysis). Interacting with Global Teams or in the Region Willing to work as Individual contributor Proactively involved with the standardisation of FP&A process during Go-live phase post-transition.
