Senior Bookkeeper

New full-time, permanent finance and bookkeeping job with a focus on sole-charge accounts in Bournemouth.

Your new company
A lovely family business in the manufacturing industry have cemented their status as a market leader for over 30 years. They have numerous accreditations to their name and strive to provide quality products and services. They are looking for an energetic and organised individual to join their team based near the Hurn area.

Your new role
You will be reporting into the directors and managing the overall finance function, taking on the day to day bookkeeping duties.

• Purchase/Sales ledger
• Bank reconciliations
• VAT returns
• Fixed asset register
• Accruals & prepayments
• Cash flow
• Liaising with external accountants, suppliers and colleagues

What you'll need to succeed
A enthusiastic and friendly attitude, able to adapt to any environment and remain composed under pressure. Ability to work to meet tight deadlines and produce work to a clear and accurate standard. You will have an analytical and pragmatic approach to problem solving as well as exceptional interpersonal skills.
