Our client is a fast growth agency based in Central London in lovely offices looking to hire a Credit Controller on a 3 day per week basis for the next 6 months. This is an opportunity for someone with a minimum of 1 years Credit Control experience and able to hit the ground running in a busy finance department. One stipulation is that Friday must be one of the 3 days Duties include; Responsible for the collection of outstanding monies on designated sales ledgers. Allocation of cash Reconciliation on Sales Ledger Banking / ID Facility communication Maintain strong working relationships with customer base through phone, email and site visits. Liaise closely with the recruitment team and Managers on difficult accounts to ensure issues are resolved promptly and amicably. Despatch of monthly statements and accompanying letters, copy invoices and timesheets as required, and the production of aged debtor lists.
