Chase and Holland are excited to be recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller to join a well-established retail company in Nottingham. This is a fantastic role for someone looking to join a ever growing business. As the Credit Controller you will need to be able to multitask and prioritise throughout the day. This a busy team environment with strict deadlines so someone who enjoys pressure and making sure targets are met daily. The ideal candidate must have up to date Credit Control experience ideally in a Trade industry and be able to work well within a fast paced environment. Key duties include; Managing a ledger of key customers maintaining high value accounts To attend regular debt management meetings with customers and senior management within the business Ensure debts are collected as swiftly and efficiently as possible using various collection methods Stop the supply of goods to late paying customers To ensure accurate, immediate allocation of receipts to accounts To liaise with customers and staff within the business to ensure customer queries are resolved promptly To highlight any potential debt risk to the Credit Manager Liaise with Management to recommend appropriate credit limit adjustments Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm (30 min break) This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to work for a multinational business which offer growth and development to its staff.
