London Responsibilities for the FX Product Manager - Value and Pricing role: Act as the global lead for pricing and value related topics. Lead, develop, implement and monitor new strategies for pricing across the business to maximise growth and profitability in line with set out business goals. Develop value modelling capability in pricing - Work with third parties and internal stakeholders to prepare groundwork for dynamic, personalised pricing for our customers using predictive modelling and cutting edge statistical techniques. Supporting the design and enhancement of best-in-class pricing systems and price quotation tools, incorporating multiple internal and external data sources; while ensuring these differentiate the client from the competition and align to customer requirements. Design and implement a relationship pricing approach to deepen customer relationships through price optimization. Lead regular price management reviews. Ensure standards are maintained on pricing to deliver consistency, fairness, and commercial growth. Provide thought leadership on latest payments trend, innovation and transformation, and have the ability evolve, modify and adapt in a dynamic environment Manage various senior management stakeholders across the business globally The FX Product Manager - Value and Pricing will have: A proven track record and at least 5 years' experience in a strategic pricing role, establishing and executing data driven analytical approaches. Effective strategic thinking and problem-solving ability; demonstrated experience in translating this thinking and customer centricity into practical business results. Experience of price optimisation modelling, leading and implementing new pricing strategies and data gathering and manipulation. Solid understanding of conversion, retention and elasticity modelling. Excellent communication and written skills as well as developed interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to communicate at all levels in a corporate environment and to present complex information in a structured and balanced manner. Exceptional Stakeholder Management ability. Ability to work effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders with varying degrees of knowledge and expertise.
