Due to growth and expansion they are looking to add an experienced Accounting Assistant to their business. THE ROLE: To support the financial accountants with the reporting and financial management of new acquisitions. To give all customers an exemplary customer services experience. To demonstrate best practice always. Support the Financial team to provide the best experience to owners Supporting and resolving finance queries from teams at acquisition sites. Support the Financial Accountants with Month end financial reports and balance sheet reconciliation. Supporting with the preparation of operational accounts and financial forecasts. To assist with End of year accounts in line with IFRS compliance standards. General administration Reconciliation of Monthly bank transactions, daily receipts. Payments, Invoice and other financial processing Assist in improving internal processes to maximise efficiency Provide support to finance team and other departments with ad-hoc requests Provide data requested for audits and to external stakeholders. Assist in the development and operation within the finance team Comprehensive financial support to the business throughout all projects THE CANDIDATE: AAT qualified or working towards. Experience working with Excel to a high standard.
