A high growth FMCG based in SW.London/Surrey are currently looking to recruit a highly commercial finance business partner to work with the new markets side of their business. Key responsibilities will include: To prepare the regional forecasts, budgets and strategic plans; including, review and analysis of figures and commentaries explaining variances from budget and previous years. To work closely with the Regional team and General Managers (GMs) in understanding and challenging information To complete performance analysis and commentary for reporting packs To utilise the company forecasting system in order to completethe forecasts and budgets. To act as a key contact for the regional general managers regarding budgets and forecast To provide analysis of NPD valuations; including validating budgets and forecasts To benchmark products, margins, sales, and costs against main competitors To work with the Regional / Group Marketing and Regional GMs to review pricing structures and to review requests for price adjustments, customer support spend, and discount periods To conduct weekly and monthly sales reporting & analysis, marketing costs analysis and new product development costs for month ends, forecasts and budgets. Ideally candidates will be either qualified or at later stages of studying towards an accounting qualification with very strong prior business partnering experience.
