Working for a quick growing and modern accountancy practice in Nottingham, this job offers the opportunity to work in a tax team supporting Directors with high levels of expertise, primarily to begin with on corporate tax compliance work but including mixed tax alongside that and the opportunity over time to become involved in projects, advisory work etc. The ideal hire for this firm will be a CTA qualified or ACCA / ACA who has moved into tax and is either frustrated with the lack of variety in their role or wants greater opportunity to develop their expertise and really use their qualifications. In addition to corporate tax compliance work, you will support the firm's leadership by working on projects, occasional help on personal tax, advising clients on new structures, R&D, advisory opportunities etc. Any indirect taxes or VAT knowledge would be useful. Progression in your role and salary is available. The firm have seen well over double digit growth in recent years and have some complex and sizeable work.
