To ensure we retain our financial integrity and reputation, we are looking for a Finance Assistant/ Purchase Ledger to join us in our Huntingdon offices. What will you be doing? Ensuring Anglian Water non- regulated business purchase invoices are accurately processed, you'll provide a proactive and efficient day-to-day support service for the Finance team. Key responsibilities include: Process invoices via purchase ledger and general ledger Reconcile supplier statements and resolve queries in a timely and helpful manner. Produce and distribute a range of reports to allow accurate business decisions to be made. Process cash, mileage and company credit card expenses. Month end activities accruals. Bacs Payment Runs Cover Sales Ledger when required What do you need?
