A highly successful firm of chartered accountants based in Ashford is undergoing continued growth is looking to recruit a general accountancy practice Senior Manager/Partner Designate as an all -round adviser to wide ranging clients. The successful candidate will play a key, lead role in the further growth and development of this forward thinking Practice. Due to a clear need to invest and further develop their offices to take full advantage of the firm's on-going success, the firm is looking for an all-around, general accountancy practice advisor who can lead the development and growth of the business. The firm's clients in this area are wide ranging in sector, turnover and industry range, from entrepreneurial start-ups, sole traders, partnerships, along with more significant proportion of OMBs and SMEs, into the £millions of turnover across varied industry sectors. You will bring a career strength and background as an all-round accounts, tax adviser to sole traders, partnerships and limited company OMBs and SMEs across varied industries and turnovers up into the £millions. You will oversee and manage a large portfolio of clients and team delivering on this, undertaking a client facing advisory service to clients looking to develop. You will manage the wider team and oversee the delivery of compliance and advisory projects, working with the wider management and support team on this. This position is a key hire to this growing business with the opportunity to carve an influential position. You will be ACA /ACCA qualified and have a track record of working within a Practice environment. You will have skills across the range of accounts, tax, advisory and planning skills and be an all-around practitioner.
