Finance Manager Job Job based in Telford

Your new company
I am working with a business based in Telford who have a permanent job vacancy for a Finance Manager to join their team. You will lead a small finance team and autonomously manage the finance, administration, tax and compliance process for the business.

Your new role
Key responsibilities will include leading the finance team to ensure the production of an accurate set of month-end accounts as well as controlling revenue, bank reconciliations and tax. You will help provide financial data and information to support strategic planning and review as well as problem solve and suggest efficiency/time saving improvements. You will have a remit to drive improvement and implement change. Other tasks will include annual budgeting and forecasting vs. budget as well as working with other departments to manage cost and expenditure as well as any ad-hoc duties as required.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for a fully-qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA Accountant or applicants part-qualified or qualified by experience. You will have a strong financial accounting background as well as the ability to manage and develop a team as well as possessing strong analytical skills as well as good communication skills.
