Description

Key responsibilities:

• Checking and processing purchase Invoices and entering them onto Sage
  
• Processing Sales Invoices
  
• Customer/Supplier queries
  
• Taking payments (debit/credit card machine) for sales invoices
  
• Cost of Goods (sales price less purchase price) for sales team
  
• Updating (Excel) sales spreadsheet - all Invoice details, cost of goods, margin etc (required for
  
• calculating commissions)
  
• Sage 50 Accounts Professional experience
  
• Experience using Microsoft Office 365
  
• Desirable experience using CRM
  
• Calculating commission payments for sales team
  
• Credit control
  
• Intrastats (reporting of EEC/EU sales and purchase activity to HM Revenue & Customs)
  
• ECSL - EC Sales List reporting to HM Revenue & Customs
  
• The position requires a well organised, self-motivated person who has good communication and
  
• administrative skills who is also able to work as part of a team.
