Job Details
The role of the credit control & collections team leader will be to lead the accounts receivable/collections team in reducing the outstanding company debt while offering a high level of service to their clients.

Description
The role of the credit control & collections team leader will include but not limited to:
- Monitor staff to ensure DSO and over 60 day balances do not increase
- Hold monthly meetings to review credit and collections staff goals
- Make decisions regarding credit holds and credit limit increases
- Perform analysis on credit applications and reports to establish credit terms
- Resolve issues relating to customer billing and account balances
- Reconcile customer accounts
- Process bankruptcy claims filings and updates
- Maintain and monitor metrics on performance of staff to ensure goals are met
Profile
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Be fluent in German - Advantageous
- Previous credit/collection supervisory expereince - Essential
- Ability to motivate the team to achieve company KPI`s - Essential
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Essential
- Strong communicator at all levels - Essential
- Ability to supervise and work with people - Essential
- AAT or Degree -Essential
Job Offer
On offer for the successful candidate will be a annual salary of £23,000 - £26,000 dependant on experience + 20 days holiday + 5 emergency days + company pension + car parking
