Description

This role is reporting in to the Finance Manager.

The duties include but are not limited to:

• Reconcile customer payments and supplier payments

• Process Customer refunds

• Action email queries from inbox daily

• Take ownership of workload, ensuring that suppliers are chased

• Ensure, and take ownership to ensure, that all filing i.e. supplier statements, customer payment reports, invoices, bank payment reports etc.

• Carry out adhoc duties as and when required

Profile

The successful candidate MUST:

• Have experience of working in a finance team - Essential
• Be a strong communicator at all levels - Essential
• Have a strong attention to detail - Essential
• Be organised and adaptable in approach to work - Essential

Job Offer
