My exclusive client based in Glenrothes are looking for a permanent Office Manager / Bookkeeper to join their small and busy team. Salary is £25,000 - £32,000 depending on experience + highly competitive holiday allowance and pension.
Your new role
Your will be in charge of managing the financial and administrative functions of the business and its customers. You will manage the administration department, departmental employee development, financial reporting, invoicing and payroll along with any other administrative duties required. You will be in charge of the full payroll process for all monthly staff. You will control and maintain all accounting systems. You will complete all financial function up to trial balance and liaise with the outsourced Accountant on compilation of monthly / quarterly financial / VAT reporting. You will compile and complete monthly Intrastat and quarterly EC Sales Lists. You will be directly responsible for two staff members.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be highly experienced in all aspects of Bookkeeping and Accounts and general Office administration. You will have experience in the full Payroll process. You will have staff supervision or staff management experience. You will be a strong team player who can work to strict deadlines to accuracy. You will be an excellent communicator, be self-motivated and flexible. You will ideally be experienced in SAGE.
